TheseDays collects only the information needed to operate collaborative newsletters.

Information we collect

Workspace owners provide a name, email address, password, newsletter content, contributor contacts, and uploaded media. Contributors may provide their name, email address, responses, and media. Readers may leave comments or reactions.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver invitations and newsletters, publish issues, prevent abuse, provide support, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal information or use newsletter content for advertising.

Service providers

TheseDays uses Render for application hosting and database infrastructure and Resend for transactional and newsletter email. These providers process data only to deliver their services to us.

Retention and control

Workspace owners can export their data or permanently delete their account from Settings. Newsletter recipients can unsubscribe from email using the link in each newsletter. Operational backups may remain for a limited recovery period before automatic deletion.

Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted connections, rate limits, and restricted file types to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. TheseDays is not directed to children under 13.
