By using TheseDays, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and activity in your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you and your contributors submit. You grant TheseDays the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and email that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed to use contributor contact details and submitted material.

Acceptable use

Do not use TheseDays for unlawful content, harassment, spam, malware, infringement, deceptive email, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to disrupt or bypass the service's security.

Beta service

TheseDays is currently offered as a controlled beta without a paid plan. Features may change and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend abusive accounts or end the beta with reasonable notice when practical.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. TheseDays is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
